FAQs

What are your hours?

We are open Monday through Saturday from 6:30 am to 6:30 pm. We are closed Sundays. We will also be closed on New Years Day, Easter, 4th of July, Thanksgiving and Christmas.

What can I be evaluated and treated for in the Urgent Care?

We treat a large variety of common illnesses and injuries but we are not equipped to treat life or limb-threatening conditions. If you think you may have a life-threatening condition, please call 911 or go to the closest emergency room. For more specifics, please see our Services page.

Can I just pay upfront or do I have to use insurance?

We welcome both insured and uninsured patients. We offer a highly competitive fee schedule, which some may find to be a less expensive option than using insurance. Please see our Insurance and Fee page for more details. We require payment of copays or fees upfront and do not offer a payment plan at this time. We do accept Visa/Master Card/Amex cards and HSA cards with a Visa or MC logo. Unfortunately, by law, we are unable to offer fee for service options to anyone with an active state Medicaid plan.

Who will be caring for me today?

You will be evaluated by a highly-trained and caring Nurse Practitioner during your visit. Each of our providers have worked in urgent care for years and are prepared to take good care of you. We do not have any MD, DO, or PA’s on staff at this time.

Convenient care that's for you.
